Studio close to the Place de la Nation

Situated between rue Boulevard Davout and rue des Rasselins. Mostly residential this genuine Parisian neighborhood is located in a walking distance to the wide Place de la Nation, and in a few metro stations' distance to the legendary Place de la Bastille, where are many entertainment options such as its new Opera House, many cinemas, gorgeous restaurants, and nice pubs. All sorts of conveniences are easily found in the neighborhood. Overlooking a square garden and the street this east exposed 22m2 studio is located on the 4th floor of an early 20th century walk up building equipped with a security system and having a full time caretaker. Besides the fact of being very calm, its main characteristics are the nice parquet floor contrasting with the white painted walls, and 2,50 high ceiling, the whole brightened by a window protected by outside shutters. It accommodates one couple. In the hall placed right after the main door there is a mirror sliding doors' built in closet. After that, fitted out with a 1.40cm wide double sofa bed, a round wooden dining table with four matching chairs (two extra folding chairs are available), bookcases, a TV and VCR, and a short dresser, the 16,5m living room also features the access to a small storage space above the hall, paintings, a floor lamp, and a telephone. To the left side, the separated kitchen has a tiled worktop on which are installed two electric burners, and a light brown ceramic sink. Moreover there is a small electric oven, a hood with fan, a small fridge, a mini freezer, and tidy cupboards where are stowed the utensils. Adjoining, the bathroom encloses a tiled shower cabin protected by a plastic curtain, a little white ceramic washbasin with an oval mirror above and cabinet below, a window, and toilet. The closest metro stations are Porte de Montreuil (Line 9) and Maraichers (line 9). Bus PC2 et 57.
