This furnished apartment is located on Rue des Nonnains-d'Hyères between Quai des Celestins and Rue de Fourcy in Paris. A historical area, the Marais has a lively atmosphere due to its pre-Revolution architecture and a substantial number of points of interest such as museums, art galleries, fashion and design shops, as well as diverse types of select restaurants and trendy cafes. Also in this area is the royal Place des Vosges, famous and hailed for the harmony of its architecture. It was once the residence of French novelist Victor Hugo. Across the Pont Marie (Marie Bridge) is the enchanting Saint Louis Island, and a few steps to the east side is the renowned Bastille Place. There are a number of convenience shops all around this accommodation.

This 100m² (approx. 1,075 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the fifth and top floor of a 1954 building with an elevator. The entrance gate, protected by a coded security system, opens into a hall. Then a second gate with an intercom and key leads to the elevator and staircase area.
The apartment entrance opens into a hall furnished with a cabinet and some bookshelves. This hall links the living room, the first bedroom and its private toilette, the separate kitchen and the separate bathroom. The second bedroom is accessible from the living room.
