Small studio apartment in the Saint Germain des Pres area

Situated between rue Mazarine and rue Christine.
Small street situated in one of the most attractive and historic areas of the Left Bank, the world famous Saint Germain des Près, showing number of latest fashion shops and the famous Cafés "Deux Magots" and "Café de Flore", both having been the favorite haunts of existentialists and expatriated American literate back in the day. It also encloses the oldest restaurant of Paris - "Le Procope", with French traditional specialties and excellent fresh seafood, patronized by Voltaire in the 18th century, as well as the charming and selected Buci open-air market.
Little home, sweet nest located on the 1st floor of a 16th century walk up building provided with a security system, southeast exposed, looking out onto the street. It can accommodate one person for long term or two people for short term as there is a single bed as well as an extra inflatable mattress available.
Half-timbered walls and 2,80 high ceiling genuine beams contrast with the white painting and nice tiled floor. Sizing 11m2, this studio has a window screened by short curtains and Venetian blinds.
The 11m2 living room is fitted out with a 0,90cm wide single bed set down on large drawers, a small rectangular dining table with wrought iron legs, a recessed bench and one chair, a closet, a display window dresser, a wall mounted desk, a TV and a stereo standing on the wall shelves.
Equipped with two electric burners, a mini electric oven, a hood with exhaust fan, a fridge, an electric kettle and coffee maker, the open kitchen space has a little tiled worktop, and a white ceramic sink, two cupboards and drawers containing some of the tableware and utensils pieces.
Small but pleasing the bathroom has half cork half white tiled walls, enclosing a bathtub screened by a synthetic curtain, a white ceramic washbasin, toilet, and a window.
The closest metro stations are Odeon (Line 4, 10) and Mabillon (line 10).
