One bedroom apartment in the 'Champs de Mars' Area

Bordering the Champ de Mars, situated between rue Place du General Gourand and rue de Belgrade.
A few steps from the Eiffel Tower settled in the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens, also very close is the Seine River. Opposite, beyond the Seine River, the Trocadero Place shows the Palais de Chaillot built for the International Exhibition in 1937, housing the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum, and the Humain Being Museum, as well as an esplanade offering the most impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. All sorts of fashion, conveniences and other shops, selected restaurants and cafes, are found in the neighborhood.
Smart and very quiet home located on the 2nd floor of a 19th century walk up building having a security system, an intercom, and a full time caretaker, this northwest exposed 29m2 one-bedroom apartment features white walls, a rattan wall to wall carpet, 2,72m high ceilings, and windows opening to the silent courtyard. Very exceptionally, it is provided with an air conditioning appliance.
The little hall shows a closet, and first opens to the opposite bathroom and separate toilet, and to the right side, to the living room, bedroom, and kitchen.
Mostly decorated with antique furniture, and brighten by a window ornate with pleasant curtains the cosy 11m2 living room is fitted out with a Bordeaux 140cm wide double sofa bed, a gorgeous resting sofa, a set of fine coffee tables, an antique gold framed wall mirror above the extensible wooden dining table and two straw bottomed chairs, a dresser, and an old style desk. Besides there is a wall mounted cable TV with international channels, a DVD player, a computer with cable Internet access, and a stereo.
Double pane doors open to the 6m2 bedroom placed to the left side of the living room. There is a 140cm double bed, a closet, a lamp standing on the small chest of drawers, and a window garnished with curtains.
Recessed, the kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave oven with grill, a fridge, a combo washing-drying machine, an electric coffee maker, a white ceramic sink fit on the compact wooden worktop, a display wall cabinet and three other cabinets, kitchen utensils and tableware, and a window.
The bathroom encloses a small bathtub with a detachable showerhead (no screen), and a mirror above the beige ceramic washbasin.
Toilet is separate.
The closest metro station is Ecole Militaire (line 8)
