Three bedroom apartment in the Tocadero

A few steps from the Eiffel Tower situated between Place du Trocadero and Rue de Longchamp. Selected, classy district providing choice fashion', conveniences', and other shops, delectable fine restaurants and cafes, enclosing the most known Parisian monument in the world, the Eiffel tower with its 3 stages totalising 320 meters high, including the antenna, and weighting approximately 7 300 tons, built for the 1889 World Exhibition. Gustave Eiffel, French engineer specialized in revolutionary steel constructions, carried out its two years construction. On one side it faces the splendid Champ de Mars and beautiful floral gardens, and on the other side, beyond the Seine River, the Trocadero Place where is the Palais de Chaillot built for the World Exhibition in 1937, housing the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum, and the Humain Being Museum, as well as an esplanade offering the most impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. Precious for its tasteful decoration and roominess this 154m2 three-bedroom is located on the 4th floor of a 20th century dapper building featuring a sumptuous marble hall, an intercom, an elevator, and a door keeper. It features an east exposed balcony overlooking the street, white painted walls, a gorgeous herringbone patterned parquet floor, 2,60m high ceilings, and three bathrooms. It comfortably accommodates up to 2 or 3 couples, as the third bedroom may optionally be converted into a dining room. A wide hall showing a gorgeous marble floor, a fine console, wall mirror, lamp, and wall painting, first opens to all other rooms. Ennobled by walls ornate with delicate frames and sizing 36m2, the fancy living room placed to the left side is fitted out with two white leather sofas, a fine antique wrought iron armchair, a large hard wood coffee table, a choice extensible round dining table and ten chairs, a nice wall mirror above the white marble decorative fireplace, a display wall showcase enclosing diverse curios, a wide cable TV with international channels, a VCR player, a stereo, a telephone, ADSL Internet connection, lamps and paintings. The picture window giving access to the balcony is ornate with double curtains, as well as the window beside the dining table. Roomy, the three bedrooms size respectively 22, 21, and 20m2, all provided with large windows garnished with curtains, this last one facing the street. The first one is furnished with a 160cm wide double bed with design bedside tables, and lamps, and a fine lamp standing on a console. Just beside it, in the corridor there are recessed closets. The second one has hardwood walls, a night table and lamp between the two 0,90cm wide single beds, wall lamps, and a built in closet. At last, adjacent to the living room the third one also includes a night table and lamp between the two 0,90cm wide single beds, and a recessed closet. A dining area furnished with a rectangular glass topped dining table and four matching chairs precedes the spacious kitchen. This last one is equipped with two vitro-ceramic and two induction burners, a traditional electric oven, a microwave oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, electric coffee maker and kettle, and a toaster. There also is a washing machine, a drying machine, a sink fit on the spacious worktop ahead the window, china, tableware, and all necessary kitchen utensils tidy in the numerous cupboards and drawers. There are three bathrooms. Marble tiled and warm red painted, the superb widest one encloses a bathtub, a tiled shower cabin, mirror medicine cabinets above the double white ceramic washbasins, ceiling spotlights, a bidet, and a recessed toilet. The other two ones have a tiled shower cabin screened by a glass door, a mirror above and shelves below the design white ceramic washbasin, and toilet. Other spacious recessed closets are placed in the corridors. The closest metro station isTrocadero (lines 6 and 9).
