Located between Rue du Temple and Rue Beaubourg, this 55m² loft apartment in duplex is just a few steps away from the pedestrian Place Pompidou with the renowned Musée Beaubourg. The apartment is located in one of the oldest street of the city, a few steps away from the Marais, the Halles or 2 metro stations away from St Germain des Pres. It is situated on the third and last floor of a 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system, an intercom and special magnetic keys. The apartment faces the courtyard and the street and has an eastern and southern exposure. It has white-painted walls. The entry door opens on a hallway leading to the dining room on the left-hand side, the kitchen on the right-hand side and the living room with mezzanine in the end. The 26m² living room has two windows facing the courtyard, a skylight and a decorative fireplace. It is furnished with a 140cm-wide sofa bed, sets of built-in wall closets and a coffee table. The 16m² separate dining room has a double-glazed window ovelooking the street. It is decorated with a dining table and its five chairs, a lamp and a couch. This room can also be used as a bedroom (as shown on the pictures). The Bedroom in the 10m2 mezzanine has a 140cm-wide bed, a day bed, a cable TV, a stereo, a skylight, a phone and a desk.
