This 90m² apartment is located in the 16th District in Rue de l'Amiral Cloue at Place de Barcelone. The apartment is actually not far from the Maison de la Radio and just in front of the commercial neighborhood of Beaugrenelle where there are a lot of shops and entertainment facilities. The second bedroom can be accessed from the hallway or the living room through glass sliding doors. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a large piece of furniture with shelves, two chairs and a stereo. The floor is marble tiled and there is a window.

The second bathroom is the first door on the right in the entrance hallway. It has a bathtub with showerhead, a washbasin and also a toilet.

The closest metro station is Mirabeau conveniently located at 50m from the apartment (Line 10). The bus lines 62, 22 and 72 are also few steps away.
