Situated between rue Guy Moquet and rue de la Joquière.
Part of a cosmopolitan area, this mostly residential and calm street of the northwest side of Paris is in a short distance to the live Place de Clichy and its famous seafood restaurants, cafes, several cinemas, diverse sorts of shops, and organic open air market taking place every Saturday morning on Boulevard de Batignolles. It is also not far from the singular, famous, and widest of Paris flea markets, known as Saint Ouen or Clignancourt, a labyrinth of sumptuous antique furniture, clothing, and diverse other items, opening every weekend from Friday to Monday. By metro the celebrated Champs Elysees Avenue, the Seine River, and the Opera Garnier are in a few stations.
Full of charm this 30m2 bijou one bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 19th century walk-up building equipped with a security system. Bright in the morning due to the east exposure, it has double-glazing windows screened by outside rolling blinds overlooking a school courtyard (noisy only during ten minutes in the working days - mornings and afternoons), and 2,60m high ceilings. It features sweet almond green walls and a nice parquet floor.
Gracefully decorated the 12m2 living room comprises a 0,90cm wide double sofa bed, a round wooden coffee table, a wrought iron and mosaic tiled small round dining table and two similar chairs placed ahead the window screened by an outside rolling blind, a cabinet, two corner wall shelves, an area carpet, a wall painting, and lamps. A pre-paid card cellular telephone is available if requested in advance. There is a cable' Internet connection.
Perfectly matching with the of the colors choice, the open handy kitchen is provided with two electric burners and a round stainless steel sink fit on the worktop above and below which there are cupboards and drawers. Besides, there is a multifunction oven, a fridge, an electric coffee maker, and a washing machine. China and kitchen utensils are available.
At the bottom of the living room, to the right side, the cosy 15m2 bedroom is furnished with two 0,80cm wide' single beds put side by side (may be set apart) with a bedside table and lamp, as well as a floor lamp, an antique desk, a closet, a chest of drawers, a TV and a MP3 DVD player set down on a cabinet, and a window protected by outside rolling blinds.
In front of the main door the bathroom is fitted out with a tiled shower cabin screened by a synthetic curtain, a white ceramic washbasin, and toilet.
The closest metro station is Brochant (line 13).
