One bedroom apartment near Republique

Situated between rue Oberkampf and rue Jean Pierre Timbaud.
Perpendicular to the dynamic rue Oberkampf providing number of restaurants, trendy pubs and cafes, it is placed in a short distance to the Republic Place and its large entertainment options. The many passageways here found give much charm to this traditional Parisian district. A little farther is the historic Bastille Place, where is the new Opera considered as one of the best in the world.
This pleasing west and east exposed 34m² one-bedroom apartment having genuine vertical beams, white walls, and 2.53m high ceiling, is located on the 2nd floor of an 18th century walk up building equipped with a security system and intercom.
In the hall the floor is white tiled. It opens to the living room placed to the right side, to the bedroom and private bathroom at left, and to the facing kitchen.
Showing a neat parquet floor the 15m2 living room is fitted out with a seat also acting as a 0,90cm wide single bed, an antique seat, a dressed up round console, a foldable dining table with two folding chairs, bookshelves, a stereo, a TV, a phone, a luster, and wall paintings. The double-glazing French window overlooks the street.
The 10m2 bedroom has a genuine hexagonal tiled floor, furnished with a 140cm wide double bed, a lamp standing on a chest of drawers, a closet, recessed shelves and cabinet, a small chest, wall paintings, and a window garnished with curtains opening to the paved and green courtyard.
In the kitchen there is a combo two electric burners and traditional electric oven set down on a cabinet, a fridge with freezer compartment, an electric kettle, a white ceramic sink, a toaster, an electric coffe maker, wall shelves, and the necessary utensils.
The bathroom includes a tiled shower cabin protected by a folding screen, a small medicine cabinet above and a cabinet below the white ceramic washbasin, toilet, and a window protected by a fabric rolling blind.
There is a washing machine.
The closest metro stations are Saint Maur (line 3) and Parmentier (line 3).
