This furnished apartment is located in Le Marais, in a district full of life and just behind the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, also known as Beaubourg. This street is close to Les Halles Mall, which means it is about a 10-minute walk to the Louvre and the adjoining Royal Tuileries Garden, as well as to the Seine River with its unique islands -- Ile de la Cite (Notre Dame) and Ile Saint Louis. In addition to the French traditional and international restaurants and cafes, all sorts of facilities are easily found near this accommodation.

This 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the fourth French floor of a
building from the 18th century, facing south.The main entrance is protected by a coded system and opens into a corridor with an intercom. This leads to a small hall and the staircase.
The apartment entrance leads to a corridor. The bathroom is to the left of that and the living room is straight ahead .It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed and a bistro table with two chairs. There is also a built-in closet and some bookshelves. It has wall to wall carpeting and exposed ceiling beams.
The open kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator , a combo microwave/grill and a two- electric burner.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilette.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Rambuteau (line 11) or Hotel de Ville (line 1).
