Studio apartment close to the Eiffel Tower

Most known Parisian monument in the world, the Eiffel tower with its 3 stages totalising 320 meters high, including the antenna, and weighting approximately 7 300 tons, was built for the 1889 world exhibition.
This studio is located on a very selected district provides choice fashion and conveniences, and other shops, fine restaurants and cafes.
Close to the Trocadero, this 15-m² studio is located on the first French floor of a building from the 19th century.
The main entrance gate is protected by a security system.
The door opens directly onto the living room which is equipped with a sofa bed, a low table, a cable TV and DVD player.
The apartment has a lot of appliances and a washer.
You will find also a French window in the living room, which gives a access to the balcony.
The small kitchen is equipped with a little refrigerator, a burner, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.
high speed internet access is available.
There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood.
