This one bedroom apartment is located on Rue Royer Collard just behind Le Jardin du Luxembourg. 

This 45m² (approx. 484 sq. ft.) apartment is located on the sixth floor of a 19th century building that has an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a Digicode that opens into a corridor with an intercom. This leads to the staircase.

  • The 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and two French windows with curtains and shutters that overlook the street. It is furnished with two sofas, armchairs and a fold out dining table. There are two decorative fireplaces and a cable TV. This room provides access to a balcony that has a table and two chairs and a view of the Eiffel Tower.
  • The separate kitchen is to the left of the apartment entrance. It is equipped with four electric plates and an oven topped by a cooker hood, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster and a microwave.
  • The 8m² (approx. 85 sq. ft.) bedroom is accessible from the bathroom and is tiled. It has a window with curtains and shutters that overlooks a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed, a built-in closet, a desk and shelves. There is a view of Le Panthéon from this room.
  • The tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, a toilette and a washing machine.

The district of Luxemburg is one of the more pleasant in Paris and the traffic there is less dense than other areas of the city. The main monument in the area is the Palace of Luxemburg (600m/0.4mi), which houses the Senate of the Republic Francaise (400m/0.2mi) and is located north of Le Jardin du Luxembourg (180m/0.1mi). Other interesting buildings near this accommodation are the Look-out Observatory (1.5km/0.8mi) and the Hospital of the Val de Grâce (1km/0.6mi).
