One bedroom duplex close to the Eiffel Tower
|
Situated between Avenue Mozart and rue de Boulainvilliers.
A few steps from the Eiffel Tower settled in the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens, also very close is the Seine River. Opposite, beyond the Seine River, the Trocadero Place shows the Palais de Chaillot built for the International Exhibition in 1937, housing the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum, and the Humain Being Museum, as well as an esplanade offering the most impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. All sorts of fashion, conveniences and other shops, selected restaurants and cafes, are found in the neighborhood.
Duplex 30m2 one-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of an early 20th century building equipped with a security system, it has white walls, parquet floor, 2.92m high ceiling in the living room and 2.10m high in the bedroom, northwest exposed windows opening to the street.
Straight after the main door the 22m2 living room is fitted out with a 140cm wide double sofa bed, a drop leaf dining table and two folding chairs, a recessed closet, a decorative fireplace, a piano, a TV, wall shelves, and a window garnished with curtains.
To the left side two stools are set ahead the kitchen's small hatch and countertop. In the kitchen there are two electric burners, a microwave oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle and coffee maker, a toaster, a brown ceramic sink, a tiled worktop, china and other utensils put away in the cupboards.
A flight of wooden stairs goes down to the wall-to-wall carpeted 8,5m2 bedroom having a slightly arched brick ceiling and a small window screened by a short curtain. It is furnished with a 140cm wide bed with a bedside table and lamp, and a wall mirror.
Private to the bedroom, the bathroom encloses a small bathtub fit under the stairs (watch the height) with detachable showerhead, a mirror above and cabinet below the white ceramic washbasin and toilet.
The closest metro station is La Muette (line 9 and RER C).
