Alcove studio close to the Ecole Militaire

Little calm street situated between Place de l'Ecole Militaire and Boulevard de la Tour Maubourg. One of the most honoured French monuments, the Hotel Royal des Invalides built under the king Louis XIV is a masterpiece of seventeenth century architecture, housing the Army Museum, the Contemporary History Museum, the Libération Association Museum, the Plans et Relieves Museum. It is also close to the majestic Eiffel Tower, facing the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens, to the Seine River, and to the Trocadero Place. In the whole neighborhood offering elegant fashion boutiques and convenience shops, there also are number of selected restaurants and cafes. Located on the ground floor of a 19th century building provided with a security system and a caretaker this very calm and charming 22m2 studio apartment is south exposed, has a nice tiled floor, 2.80m high ceiling, and two French windows garnished with curtains opening to the silent courtyard. Preceding the living room there is a small hall corridor including a closet and the bathroom. The pleasant 19m2 living room is furnished with a 140cm wide double sofa bed, nice floor lamps and wall lamps, a large wall mirror above the decorative fireplace, a closet, a drop leaf dining table with two wicker chairs, a TV, and a phone. At the bottom of the living room, to the right side is the open kitchen, equipped with two electric burners, a microwave oven, a fridge, electric kettle and coffee maker, a round stainless steel sink, and an L-shaped wooden worktop, in addition to the cupboard, drawer and shelves containing the china and utensils. Facing the main door the bathroom has a tiled shower cabin screened by a glass door, a white ceramic washbasin with large mirror above, and toilet. The closest metro stations are Ecole Militaire (line 8) and Invalides (line 8 and 13).
