Studio apartment close to the Seine
Situated between rue des Patures and rue Florence Blumenthal.

This apartment is located in the 16th district, a very exclusive area of paris, only a few steps away from the Seine River. Offering the amenities of central Paris such as excellent food shops, numerous fashionable stores, many restaurants, cafes, an open market and cinemas this selected mostly residential area called 'Auteuil', borders the wide and beautiful Bois de Boulogne. In ten to fifteen minutes by metro are the Trocadero neighborhood and the Eiffel Tower, as well as the Place de l'Etoile, the Champs Elysees and St Germain des Prés.

Located on the ground floor of a 20th century building equipped with a security system and caretaker, this 30m2 studio has parquet floor, 3,2m high ceilings, and a northwest exposed double-glazing window looking out onto the street.

A corridor leads to the living room (to the right), to the kitchen (first door to the left), and to the bathroom (second door to the left). In the bottom there is a closet which is a combo clothe's rack and shelves.

The 14m2 living room is fitted out with a 140cm wide double sofa bed, a round dining table with its four chairs, a large area rug, a TV on a stand, a stereo, recessed shelves and a floor lamp.

The tiled kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a hood with fan, a multifunction oven, a fridge with ice compartment, a stainless steel sink, a window, cupboards and utensils.

Next to the kitchen, the tiled bathroom encloses a bathtub with a detachable showerhead protected and a mirror above the white ceramic washbasin.

The closest metro stations are Kennedy Radio France (RER C), Mirabeau (Line 10), Eglise d'Auteuil (Line 10) - Bus (line 72)
