One bedroom apartment in the Village d'Auteuil area
|
This one bedroom apartment is located between avenue Mozart and rue Ribéra, in the heart of the "Village d'Auteuil", a traditional neighborhood of a this very selected district, that provides choice fashion and conveniences, and other shops, fine restaurants and cafes. There are two open air markets in the area. It is at a short metro ride from the most known Parisian monument in the world, the Eiffel tower with its 3 stages of 320 meters high in total, including the antenna, and weighting approximately 7 300 tons, was built for the 1889 world exhibition. Gustave Eiffel, French engineer specialized in revolutionary steel constructions, carried out its two years construction. On one side it faces the splendid Champ de Mars and beautiful floral gardens, and on the other side, beyond the Seine River, the Trocadero Place where is the Palais de Chaillot built for the International Exhibition in 1937, housing the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum, and the Humain Being Museum, as well as an esplanade offering the most impressive view of the Eiffel Tower.
Roland Garros is at only 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
This one bedroom apartment is situated at the second floor of an eight floors 1960's building. It has an elevator and an intercom security system. The layout is as followed :
The entrance door opens on a central corridor with the room and kitchen on the right, the bathroom and toilets straight ahead and the living-room to the left.
The corridor, the living-room and the bedroom have salmon pink wallpapered walls and a wall to wall beige carpet.
The corridor has a little wooden cupboard, a wooden folding table with two matching chairs, a hanger, paintings and decorative items.
The bedroom has two windows with shades at the exterior and pink blue colored curtains. It is furnished with two single size beds, two wooden bedside tables with lamps upon them, a white built-in closet with wardrobe space, paintings and few decorative items.
The living-room has a bay window that opens on a large balcony with a view on the street, across from the "Bénédictins" monastery (very quiet). There are white net curtains and beige pink curtains. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed with a coffee table, there are four matching armchairs (blue and beige), two little wooden table, two night tables with lamps upon them on each side of the sofa, a television with cable, a stereo, a mirror, a phone jack, a chest of drawers with a lamp upon it, a wooden dining table with four matching chairs and a white cupboard, with shelves. There are also lamps, paintings and decorative items.
The kitchen has white tiled walls and floor and a window. The cabinets are white as well. It is furnished with a cooker with two gas burners and a electric one, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a kettle, a coffee-maker, a toaster, a laundry machine and there are all the necessary utensils.
The bathroom has white tiled walls and floor. There is a bathtub, a bidet, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror with lamps and there is a set of white cabinets.
The toilets have white tiled walls and floor.
The nearest metro station is Jasmin (Line 9).
