When I entered the apartment, the apartment was very dirty: stained and sticky furniture and shelves, thick white dust all around. On the floor there was a huge stain of so-called ?water? which is still there and never dried up. All around there were the owner?s old useless dusty stuff, the shelves and the wardrobe are still partly occupied by the owner old and dirty stuff and books, I had to strive hard to have a little part of his stuff remove to put mine, but he has refused to remove all of those. Basically you pay a rent to keep the owner stuff. Humidity is a real problem in the apartment, especially in the bathroom, the sun never really penetrates directly into the apartment. The bathroom is extremely small: max 4sqm. |

despite a very small kitchen and bathroom it is a nice little apartment with much loading space in a calm environment, very good METRO and bus connection, nice and every-time helping landlords, no problems with neighbours !!! |
