When I entered the apartment, the apartment was very dirty: stained and sticky furniture and shelves, thick white dust all around. On the floor there was a huge stain of so-called ?water? which is still there and never dried up. All around there were the owner?s old useless dusty stuff, the shelves and the wardrobe are still partly occupied by the owner old and dirty stuff and books, I had to strive hard to have a little part of his stuff remove to put mine, but he has refused to remove all of those. Basically you pay a rent to keep the owner stuff. Humidity is a real problem in the apartment, especially in the bathroom, the sun never really penetrates directly into the apartment. The bathroom is extremely small: max 4sqm.
IMPORTANT: there are RATS in the apartment, and nothing was done to solve the problem during the two months since my first writing to the owner that there were rats in the bathroom. He asked me if I took a picture of the rat! that?s all. I finally moved out the apartment far before the date which was expected, not really a good experience.

Hello,

I have been renting this apartment for 15 years, and this is the first time I have to give notice to a host! I kept all the others (thirty in all) and they were all satisfied and happy with their stay.

The apartment had been cleaned up for four hours and was clean when you arrived. We did a complete inventory together (which, by the way, indicated the spot in a corner of a room on the ground). There are things in a safe and on top of the cupboards: books, radio, DVD player, bed linen, sheets and spare towels, etc. These are part of the furnishings of the apartment. There are also books, occupying about one-eighth of the shelves, but there is a lot of available storage space left for an apartment of that size (I already rented to couples with children, or people with a lot of belongings, and they always had enough space).

Regarding moisture, yes, it's a bathroom :) but there is a mechanical ventilation, a heater and a small window. Condensation evaporate in five minutes. And this is indeed a small bathroom, like the kitchen. But the shower is 140cmx70cm, which is not bad for a small Parisian flat. The lack of light is subjective, but I admit that the windows are overlooking bamboo, therefore the light is filtered. It is not a very bright apartment. Moreover the weather wasn't very nice during your stay.

There has never been a mouse before your stay, and the two hosts after you didn't see any. In fact, we exchanged mails, I came and brought in professionals, but they couldn't find anything and considering the apartment, they even doubted the possibility of a mouse the premises. Furthermore, you requested my help several times during your stay, and I always responded, spending hours to help. I hope you will have finally found an apartment that suits you.

I lived in this apartment for one year while working in Paris.
The location is absolutely amazing. It is in a lovely quiet street in a vibrant neighbourhood and very close to public transport.
The flat itself is very comfortable and full of charm. It is perfect for one person or a couple.
Last but not least, the landlord is very nice and helpful.
I would strongly recommend it.

despite a very small kitchen and bathroom it is a nice little apartment with much loading space in a calm environment, very good METRO and bus connection, nice and every-time helping landlords, no problems with neighbours !!!

All in all, we were very satisfied with the chosen apartment and we could recommend this apartment to maximum 2 new renters (in respect to the given space).
