One bedroom apartment in the 14th district
|
This one bedroom apartment is located in a residential calm street of the Alesia district, lively and very convenient with it's numerous shops, restaurants and it's cinema. It is at a short walking distance from Denfert-Rochereau Place from where start the bus lines to Orly
Airport. It is also five metro stations away from the Montparnasse trendy district, also famous for its highest local skyscraper showing a singular view over Paris, and for its large number of theaters, cinemas, international and selected restaurants, and nice cafes.
This 35m2 (376 sq ft) one bedroom apartment is situated at the first floor of a three floors 1920's building. The building has an intercom security system.
The apartment is a sort of a little townhouse, with a view on a bamboo garden and one has access to it thru a courtyard.
The layout is as followed.
The entrance door opens on a closet to the left and the bathroom to the right, then a stair leads to the living-room, with the kitchen on the left and the bedroom straight ahead.
The bathroom has white tiled walls and floor and a window. There is a toilet, a bathtub and a washbasin surmounted by a mirror with shelves.
The corridor has white walls and there is a wooden beads curtain closing the closet. The stairs are painted in green.
The living-room has white painted walls and a sisal carpet. There is a window with black blinds. It is furnished with a futon double size sofa bed and another normal sofa. There is a red wooden coffee table with a rug under it, two white bookshelves cabinets, a television with basic cable, a small stereo, a phone jack, a black wooden dining table (folding), a wooden foot-stool and an halogen lamp.
The little corridor that leads to the kitchen has white walls, a green painted floor and a window.
The kitchen has white tiled walls and floor and a window. The cabinets are white. It is furnished with a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a coffee-maker, four electric burners and a cooker hood. There are all necessary utensils.
The bedroom has white painted walls, a sisal carpet and a window with black blinds. It is furnished with a double size bed, a white built-in closet with wardrobe space, two white built-in bookshelves, two chair and a small wooden chest of drawers.
The nearest metro station is Alésia (Line 4).
