Situated in an exclusive residential district, close to the Palais de Chaillot a Neo-Classical building constructed for the World Fair of 1937 and the Chaillot hill with its superb position overlooking the Seine. Walking distance to the Place du Trocadero renowned for its elegant cafes, with a great concentration of museums than any other street in Paris. Close to the Bois de Boulogne- given to the city by Napoleon III, this park offers a vast belt of greenery for strolling, cycling, riding, boating and picnicking. Right by the chic Avenue Victor Hugo known for shopping, there are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood.
This one-bedroom apartment is located between Rue de la Pompe and rue Cortambert, in a Hausmanien building from 1905. It is on the first floor of a five-floor elevator building that has two separate entrances (the main entrance and the backstairs entrance). Both are provided with a digicode and an intercom system. The walls are painted white and there is hard wooden floor in every room except in the kitchen and in the bathroom (tiled floor).
The layout is as follows:
The main entrance door opens on a corridor, the double living room and the dining room are on the left, the kitchen and the main bedroom on the right and the bathroom straight ahead. The backstairs entrance leads to a corridor between the bathroom and the kitchen.
The first part of the 36 m2 double living room is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a square wooden coffee table, a cable TV, a decorative fireplace, an area rug and lamps. The second part includes antique furniture such as chairs and a wooden chest of drawers as well as an area rug and lamps. Overlooking the street, the windows are protected by off-white curtains.
The 17 m2 dining room is furnished with a wooden dining table with its chairs, a double size Murphy bed (140 cm wide) a decorative fireplace, wooden antique furniture, an area rug and lamps.
The 14 m2 bedroom includes a queen size bed (160 cm wide), two bedside tables with lamps, a cable TV and two closets. The window is protected by white curtains and is overlooking the courtyard.
High speed Wifi internet access is available.
In the well-equipped eat-in-kitchen the number of white cabinets and drawers contain all the necessary utensils. It has four induction burners, double stainless sinks, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster. The window is overlooking the courtyard.
The all white bathroom encloses a bathtub with a mounted shower protected by a glass screen, two white ceramic washbasins, a wall mirror and cabinets placed below. In addition there is a combo washing and drying machine.

We absolutely loved the apartment here in Paris that we got through your organization. We had no problems with the apartment and the people who were renting it were extremely helpful. We have had a great experience with our stay here in Paris.
