Cozy two bedroom close to the Eiffel Tower

Neighborhood: This apartment is near the most famous Parisian monument, the Eiffel Tower. On one side it faces the splendid Champ de Mars and beautiful floral gardens, and on the other side, beyond the Seine River, is Trocadero Place with the Palais de Chaillot; this houses several museums as well as an esplanade offering an impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. All sorts of fashion, conveniences and other shops, fine restaurants and cafes, are found in the neighborhood. Premises: This apartment will charm its tenant by its pleasant decor and great location. It is located on the first floor of a little house facing a courtyard behind a building dating back to the beginning of the 20th century. The main entrance gate is protected by a digicode and an intercom. The Layout: The entrance door opens directly into the living/dining room and the open kitchen. On the left is a bathroom and straight ahead are the two bedrooms. The living/dining room is both convenient and welcoming.
