Premises: This 51m² one bedroom apartment is located on the first floor (second floor in the USA) of an18th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom. The apartment has a westerly exposure, and all its windows are double-glazed.
The layout:
The entrance door opens directly into an open-kitchen. On the right is the bathroom and straight a head is the bedroom and the living room.
The living room has three windows, which overlook the street and have net curtains. It is decorated in a contemporary style, a double size sofa bed, an armchair, a wooden coffee table, a glass topped desk with a chair and a cupboard.
The bedroom can be closed by two sliding doors and has two openings in the wall that offer a view of the living room. It is furnished with a double size bed, two bedside tables and a built-in closet.
The kitchen is stylish in a contemporary way. It is equipped with four electrics burners, an oven, a dishwasher, a small refrigerator and a toaster. There is also a rectangular wooden dining table with four chairs.
The bathroom is divided into two parts. The first part has a washbasin and a washer and dryer. The second part has a bathtub and a toilet.
The closest metro station is Bourse (line 3).
Heat and hot water are electric and are individually metered.
Smoking is permitted, but pets are not.
