Neighborhood:
Situated in an area with a cosmopolitan flavor, this quiet residential street on the northwest side of Paris is a short distance from the prettiest of the Parisian parks, the Park de Monceau, surrounded by alluring gates and featuring winning gardens and paths, sculptures of renowned personalities, and small polls.
Close to the apartment is also the Place de Clichy, area known for its seafood restaurants, cafes, cinemas, as well as many different shops and markets. There is an organic open-air market that's open every Saturday morning on Boulevard de Batignolles. It is also not far from the most, famous of Paris' flea markets, known as Saint Ouen or Clignancourt, a labyrinth of antique furniture, clothing, and an amazing diversity other items. It is open every weekend from Friday to Monday. The area is a short metro ride from the Champs Elysees, the Seine River, and the Opera Garnier.
Premises:
This 32 m2 apartment is located on the eighth floor (nineth floor in the USA) of a well-maintained building built in 1930. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system. This building is equipped with an elevator up to the 7th floor, than a staircase leads to the 8th floor.
Layout:
The entrance door opens onto a hall, which leads on the left to the kitchen and on the right to the separate toilet and the living / sleeping room. The bathroom and a laundry room are accessible thru the living room.
The 17m˛ living room has two French windows, with two terrasses overlooking the street. It is decorated in a contemporary style. It is furnished with a futon bed, , two bedside tables, a sideboard, a round dining table with its matching chairs and a cupboard with a TV on top.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, a combo microwave/grill and a refrigerator.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower and a washbasin.The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and racks.
Toilet is separate.
The closest metro station is Malesherbes (line 3).
Central Heat and Electric hot water individually metered.
Smoking is permitted, but pets are not.
