A one bedroom apartment close to the Canal St Martin

Neighborhood:
This apartment is located in a little street close to the charming Canal Saint Martin. In the vicinity of the pleasant Canal Saint Martin surrounded by trees and dotted with many little bridges, becoming one of Parisians' favorite areas. Actually many of its streets are calm and the neighborhood offers number of small squares and all the necessary services.
In a very short distance by metro are the Seine River and the Louvre Museum, and a few more minutes are necessary to get to the other most important points of interest. Nearby, mostly close to Place de la République a large option of restaurants, cafés, and diverse sorts of shops are found.
Premises:
This 26m² studio apartment is located on second French floor of Hausmanien building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security code system.
Layout:
The entrance door opens on a small hallway, which leads to the separated kitchen straight ahead and to the bathroom by the left. From the kitchen, a door opens onto the bedroom.
The 10m² bedroom has one window, which opens on the courtyard and has exterior shutters. It is furnished with two single size beds with its bedside table, a antique style desk with upon it the TV and a cabinet.
The kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave oven, a kettle and a coffee maker. The window opens on the courtyard. This kitchen has a laundry machine as well.
The tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a washbasin and a toilette.
The nearest metro station is Goncourt (line 11).
Smoking is permitted but pets are not.
Electric heat and hot water individually metered.
