A one bedroom apartment close to the famous Place Vendôme

Neighborhood:
In a little walking distance from the apartment are the Opera Garnier, Place Vendôme and its world-famous jewelers.
Among the numerous points of interest of this area, one of the most important is the Louvre, one of the first European museums which construction started in 1546. Medieval fortress, and palace, residence of many kings of France, in 1793 it was established as museum by the French Republic, enclosing more than 6000 European paintings dating from the 13th century to the19th century.
In a fair walking distance are the Champs Elysées and the sophisticated Avenue Montaigne.
All around this district there are selected restaurants, number of nice cafes, cinemas, and supermarkets.
Premises:
This 45m² one bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of a 1820's building having an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a security code system as well as a video-intercom.
Layout:
The entrance door opens onto a small hallway, which leads on the left to the bathroom and straight ahead to the living room. From the living room, on the left there is the open-kitchen and on the right a door opening onto the bedroom.
The 20m² living room is decorated with a contemporary style and has a parquet floor. There are three windows, which overlook the courtyard. It is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a shelf with inside on of the compartment a small bar, and a console with upon it a TV combo VCR player, a DVD player and a phone.
The tiled open-kitchen is stylish in a contemporary way. It is equipped with four vitro-ceramic burners, a traditional electric oven, a dishwasher, a laundry machine (washer), a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The 14m² bedroom has a window overlooking the courtyard and has a wall-to-wall carpet floor. It is furnished with a queen size bed, a large closet and a built-in closet with some shelves.
The white tiled bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilette.
The nearest metro station is Tuilerie (Line 1).
Heat is collective and hot water is electric and individually metered.
Smoking and pets are not permitted.
