A studio apartment in a lively district

The apartment's area still keeps the charm of the old Paris being close to Rue Oberkampkf and its diverse trendy restaurants, nightclubs and bars having been set up over the past few years. Not far is the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, the largest park of Paris which architecture also consisting on a 32m high cascade ornamented with a cave and artificial stalactites was finished for the 1866'World Fair. Points of interest such as the Marais area, the Louvre Museum, or the Seine River, in the heart of Paris, are in 20 to 25 minutes by metro from the apartment.
Premises:
This 23m² studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a small town house. The main entrance gate is protected by a security code system.
Layout:
The entrance door opens directly onto the living / sleeping room and the open kitchen. The bathroom is accessible thru the living room.
The 16m² living room has a window opening onto a courtyard. It is furnished with a mezzanine bed (double size), a double size sofa bed, a coffee table and a desk. This room is equipped with a stereo and a computer with an Internet connection.
The open kitchen is equipped with two gas burners, a small electric oven, a fridge and a coffee maker.
The bathroom has a window opening onto the courtyard. There are a washbasin and a shower cabin. The toilet is located in a recess hidden by a curtain.
The courtyard's building is accessible thru the building entrance corridor.
The nearest metro station is Pyrénnées (line 11).
Smoking and pets are not permitted.
Heat and hot water use gas and are individually metered.
