Neighborhood:
This two-bedroom apartment is located in the 2nd Arrondissement between rue Reaumur and Rue Saint Sauveur. Though very residential, this pedestrian street has lots of small food and fashion shops and the Rue Montorgueil, with its café's and food stores, is only a one-minute walk away. Rue Etienne Marcel with its fashion shops is a five-minute walk and the very close Les Halles metro station offers an easy ride to all parts of the city.
Premises:
This 65-m2 apartment with 2.45m ceilings is on the 4th floor of a walk-up prewar-building and comes with eclectic furniture. The building is protected by a digicode and an intercom security system.
Layout:
The entrance door opens onto a hallway, which leads to the living area with its open kitchen, the two bedrooms and the bathroom.
The living area (28m2) has two west-facing French windows looking out on the street and a north-facing window in the dining area. It is furnished with two sofas, two armchairs and a coffee table and is equipped with a cable TV, DVD and a stereo system. The dining area has a table with four chairs and is next to the open kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen (3m2) is separated from the dining area by a bar and has a gas stove, a refrigerator, a grill, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.
The master bedroom (15m2) is furnished with a double bed, two night tables, a closet and a wardrobe. The window faces east.
The second bedroom (9m2) is furnished with a single bed, a wardrobe and a night table and has a west-facing window out on the street.
The bathroom (3m2) has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The window faces north.
The closest metro is Les Halles (lines 4, 7, 11).
