A studio apartment near the Parc Georges Brassens

Neighborhood:
This apartment is situated between at a walking distance from the Parc Georges Brassens.
Crossing the whole district from north to south this residential and commercial area is not far from the Seine River. It has many pleasant green squares such as the delightful Parc Andre Citroen with original design floor' jets of water, and the Parc Georges Brassens, a tribute to this famous singular French composer and singer. Starting on the border of the 6th and 7th districts, its end is close to Paris heliport and to the Aquaboulevard, a very large spa. In about ten metro station distances, what means some fifteen minutes, are some of the most important points of interest such as the Champs Elysees, the Tuileries Garden beside the Louvre Museum, and the Opera Garnier. The neighborhood offers diverse sorts of services, shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as markets and supermarkets.
Premises:
This 20m² studio apartment is located on the second floor with elevator of a well-maintained 20th century building. The entrance gate is protected with a coded security system.
The apartment is southeast exposed and faces a courtyard.
Layout:
The entrance door opens onto a hallway that leads to the left to the bathroom, straight ahead to the separate kitchen and to the right to the living / sleeping room.
The 12m² living room has on window and a wooden floor. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a desk, a closet, a chest of drawers and a console with upon it a small TV and a DVD player.
The kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a stainless sink, a small fridge, an electric oven and a microwave oven. There are also a coffee maker and toaster as well as the entire necessary utensil.
The bathroom is tiled and has a shower with a wall-mounted showerhead and a plastic curtain; a washbasin surmounted a mirror and a toilet.
The heater and water heater are collective.
The nearest metro station is Convention (line 12). There are also many bus facilities (N°89/95/62).
