In the Montparnasse area and the bordering streets of the 6th Arrondisement, are nice fashion shops and a diversity of restaurants and cafes. The apartment boarders the area of the Invalides, which starts at the sprawling 18th century buildings of the Ecole Militaire, followed by the Parc du Champs de Mars which stretches down to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. This residential area is the home of Paris's tallest office tower, the Tour Montparnasse. It is also known for the Rue de la Gaité the heart of Paris' theater district. Close by is the Institute Pasteur, founded by the world-renowned scientist Louis Pasteur, is France's leading medical research center.

This 70m² one bedroom apartment is located on the second floor (third floor in the USA) of a recently constructed building with an elevator. The main entrance gate has an intercom system.

The entrance door opens into a corridor. From here there is access on the left to the living room and the kitchen, straight ahead to the separate toilet and the bathroom, and finally, on the right, to the bedroom.
The 25m² living room has a bay window overlooking the street and a garden. It is decorated in an eclectic style. It is furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, built-in wooden shelves with a TV and a VCR player and a small dining table.
The 13m² bedroom has one window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with two single beds, a chest of drawers and a TV.
The kitchen is equipped with four vitro-ceramic burners, a combo microwave/grill oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a kettle.
The bathroom is totally tiled. It is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin and a laundry machine.
The separate toilet has built-in closet.
The entrance hall offers access to a walking closet.
The nearest metro station is Pasteur (line 6, 12).
The heat and hot water are fueled by gas and are individually metered.
