The Sorbonne and Jussieu Universities and the Seine with its many booksellers'stalls are also near this accommodation. This Paris neighborhood features a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops, and quality conveniences, and the famous Rue Mouffetard is not to be missed.

This 80m² (approx. 861 sq. ft.) furnished apartment is located on the sixth floor of an early 20th- century building with an elevator. The main entrance gate features a coded security system and opens into a hallway with a door on the left leading to the staircase.
The entrance door opens into a corridor with access to the bedroom on the left, and to the living room and lounge on the right.

The windowed, tiled bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and shower head, a washbasin, a toilet and a combination washing machine/dryer. It is accessible via the living room, and has a built-in closet.
Heat and hot water use gas and are separate.
