The "Village d'Auteuil" is a traditional neighborhood of a very selected district that provides choice fashion and conveniences, and other shops, fine restaurants and cafes. There are two open air markets in the area. It is at a short metro ride from the most known Parisian monument in the world, the Eiffel tower with its 3 stages of 320 meters high in total, including the antenna, and weighting approximately 7 300 tons, was built for the 1889 world exhibition. Gustave Eiffel, French engineer specialized in revolutionary steel constructions, carried out its two years construction. On one side it faces the splendid Champ de Mars and beautiful floral gardens, and on the other side, beyond the Seine River, the Trocadero Place where is the Palais de Chaillot built for the International Exhibition in 1937, housing the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum, and the Humain Being Museum, as well as an esplanade offering the most impressive view of the Eiffel Tower.

This 12m studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern building with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and a concierge. The apartment faces a courtyard.

The 8m living room has a window opening onto a courtyard. It is furnished with a single size bed and a table with its chairs.

PLEASE NOTE that while the shower is found within the apartment, the toilet is located outside the apartment, in the building's hallway, and is shared with other residents of the floor.
