A two-bedroom apartment close to the Eiffel Tower

Neighborhood: This two-bedroom apartment is located in the 7th Arrondisement, on the rue du Champs de Mars, between Avenue Bourdonnais and Avenue Bosquet. It is very near the Eiffel Tower. This area is both residential as well as commercial, but has kept its Parisian charm. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood and the very commercial Rue Cler with its small food stores, supermarkets and its notable outdoor food market is only a 5 minute walk away. Premises: The 60m2 (600 sq.ft.) apartment with 2.60m (8ft.) ceilings is on the ground floor of a building built in the 19th century. A coded security system and a concierge protect it. The rooms have hardwood floors and modern furniture. The walls are painted white. The two bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned.
