In addition, Notre Dame, the Académie Française, the Louvre and the Sorbonne are in very short walking distance from the apartment. A large variety of nice shops, celebrated restaurants and cafes, cinemas, and basic services such as supermarkets are near this accommodation " Premises: This 60m² one bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor (fifth in the USA) of a 18th century building equipped with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and an intercom. The building faces the Seine riverbanks. It has also a combo washer / dryer laundry machine. The nearest metro station is Saint Michel (line 4 and RER C). Heat and hot water use gas and are individually metered.
