One bedroom fully furnished apartment

This nice one bedroom apartment 45m2 on the 1st floor, the main door leads to a private entrance with a few steps to climb. This modern building has a courtyard, it has a security system and is northwest exposed. This apartment is comfortable for two persons. The whole apartment is painted in white, the kitchen and bathroom have white tile floors as well as the entrance area. The living area and bedroom are carpeted. A corridor leads to the kitchen to the right, next in front is the dinning/living room area and to the right with nice double doors done in wood and glass is the bedroom and bathroom and the furniture is modern. The18m2 living room has to 2 windows, a round black dinning table with four chairs, a nice wood chest of drawers by the wall, a sofa which converts to a single bed, a TV, a small coffee table and a corner floor lamp. The 12m2 bedroom is furnished with a double bed, shelves, a standing rack to hang clothes and there is a window. The kitchen is open, modern and well equipped, there is long counter and plenty cabinet space. In addition there is 4 burner electric stove and a hood exhaust fan, a sink, refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, a sink and a window. The bathroom has a small bathtub-shower combination, a washbasin with a mirror above and a cabinet on the bottom and a toilet. The Bastille area has many entertainment options such as its new Opera House, many cinemas, gorgeous restaurants, and nice pubs regularly and mostly frequented by artists and young people. In a five minutes walking distance is the beautiful Place des Vosges where lived the famous writer Victor Hugo from 1832 to 1848. It is still possible to visit his apartment and the room where he wrote his novels. The closest metro stations are Gare de Lyon RER line A and the Bastille station line 1.
