Situated in the Montorgueil neighborhood, between rue des Petits Carreaux and rue Damiette.
An authentic unquestionably live village of residential and commercial streets is the Parisian traditional Quartier Montorgueil, in its most part pedestrian, as retractable boundary marks limit the car traffic to the residents and those working in the area. Place of gourmets choice, renowned for the quality from father-to-son victuals shops, and also for the fact that for long time it has been the domain of fashion designers. Paved with small stones, rue Montorgueil is the heart of this area, enclosing remarkable restaurants, and having all along number of pleasant cafes, as well as convenience shops.
Charming studio sizing 20m2 located on the 4th floor of a private 19th century walk-up building equipped with double security system. South exposed it overlooks the street, featuring white walls, a nice parquet floor, and 2.50m high ceiling.
A window screened by rolling blinds brighten the 14m2 living room, fitted out with a 140cm wide double sofa bed, a floor lamp, a recessed mirror sliding door closet, a rectangular wooden dining table, a square metallic dining table and three matching chairs, and a wall mounted TV.
Set beside the closet and kept out of sight by the sliding door, the kitchen space is provided with two vitro ceramic burners, a multifunction oven, a fridge, an electric kettle, a stainless steel sink, and utensils put away on wall shelves and cupboard.
The bathroom encloses a roomy corner shower cabin screened by a glass sliding door, a white washbasin with a large mirror above and cabinet below, a washing machine, wall shelves, and toilet.
The closest metro station is Sentier (line 3), and Réaumur Sebastopol (lines 3 and 4).
