A one-bedroom apartment in the South of Paris

Neighborhood:
This traditional Parisian district is mostly residential, with a number of charming squares and all sorts of pleasant boutiques, restaurants, cafes, open-air markets, supermarkets, and convenience shops. Close to the huge Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center, it is a few metro stations away from the lively and trendy Montparnasse district, famous for its singular view over Paris from the highest skyscraper, and for its large number of theaters and cinemas.
Premises:
This 27m˛ (approx. 290 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a 19th century walk-up building. The entrance gate is protected with a coded security system. The apartment is northwest exposed and faces the street.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into a hallway that leads to the open kitchen on the left, the living room straight ahead, the bedroom to the right, and then the bathroom with a toilet.
The 12m˛ (approx. 125 sq. ft.) living room has a window overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a coffee table, a console with a TV and DVD player, a decorative fireplace, a dining table with two matching chairs, a desk, a closet, some lamps and bookshelves.
The open kitchen has a window, which overlooks the street. It is equipped with two electric burners, a stainless steel sink, a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. There are also a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and necessary utensils.
The 8m˛ (approx. 85 sq. ft.) bedroom has a French window, which overlooks a bright tiled storage room leading to the bathroom. It is furnished with a double size bed, a bedside table with an alarm clock and a lamp, a closet and an iron with an ironing board.
The bathroom is tiled and has a tub with showerhead, a washbasin with a mirror and a toilet.
There is a closet in the hallway containing a chest of drawers and a vacuum cleaner.
Heat and hot water are both electric and individually metered.
The nearest metro station is Porte de Vanves (line 13).
