Neighborhood: The Marais area is in high demand because almost all of its pre-Revolutionary architecture has been preserved. A separate toilet with a washbasin is accessible through the kitchen. The nearest metro stations are Sentier (L3), Bonne Nouvelle (L9,L7), Réaumur Sébastopol (L3). Heat and hot water are collective.
