This 55m² (approx. 590 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor (third in the USA) of a well-maintained, 19th century elevator building. A coded security system and an intercom protect the main entrance gate.

The entrance door opens into a hallway. On the right are the kitchen, the separate toilet and then the bedroom; straight ahead is the bathroom and, on the left, the living room.
The 23m² (approx. 245 sq. ft.) living room has a wood floor and two French windows overlooking the street. It is furnished in an eclectic style. There is a double size sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, two decorative fireplaces, two chests of drawers, a TV, a dining table with four matching chairs, a table with a stereo and a phone, a closet and a cupboard.
The separate kitchen has a window overlooking the courtyard. It is equipped with three gas burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
The 8m² (approx. 85 sq. ft.) bedroom has a wood floor and a French window overlooking the courtyard. It contains a double size bed, a chest of drawers, a lamp and a closet.
The bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower, a washbasin and a mirror. There is a separate toilet.
The hallway is furnished with a built-in closet and a mirror, a console with a phone and a bookshelf.
The nearest metro stations are Jussieu (Line 7,10) or Cardinal Lemoine (line 10).
