Bordering the greenery of Square René Le Gall, the two bedroom home sits on rue de Croulebarbe between Avenue des Gobelins and rue Corvisart. It is located on the top floor of a 6-story (considered 7-story in U.S.) elevator building. An intercom security system provides protection and security.
Furnished with classic décor, the elegant home features hardwood floors, high ceilings, bookshelves filled with literature, and traditional area rugs. It is equipped with a queen bed, desk, and dresser.
The living room is split into two sections, the dining area and bedroom 2. These sections can be separated from each other using a sliding partition. In the dining area, there is a table fit for about six guests, as well as a flat-screen television with cable. In the “bedroom 2” area there is a full-sized sofa bed. There is a long and narrow fully-equipped kitchen that offers cabinetry, a dishwasher, and most essential cooking appliances.

I stayed together with two friends in the apartment for three months, while studying in Paris. We converted the two areas in the living room into two separate bedrooms, which worked well. |

It was a very comfortable stay. The owner received us wonderfully and explained everything in detail. She kept in touch and was always approachable. The building's security is ample. The area is very posh and clean. Approach to two metro lines 7 and 6 is very easy. Other transport means are also within 5 minutes walk. Grocery and other shopping is very feasible. Overall the apartment is perfect for those looking for decent family oriented stay in Paris enjoying Eiffel tower view from the windows. |
