It is located in a charming area with old buildings and hotels particuliers. The apartment is between the Oberkampf area and the Marais with many trendy cafes, restaurants and shops. The neighborhood has lots of facilities and services and it overflows with artist galleries and design shops, food shops and a bio market. In short walking distance are the Place de la Bastille, Place des Vosges, the Picasso Museum and the Place de la Republique. Premises: This 26m² (approx. 275 sq. ft.) studio apartment with a southeastern exposure is located on the first floor of a 16th century walk-up building. A coded security system protects the main entrance gate. Layout: The entrance door opens to stairs that lead to the bathroom with a toilet; to the left are the living room and open kitchen. The 23m² (approx. 245 sq. ft.) living room has two windows overlooking the courtyard.
