Premises: This 13m² (approx. 135 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the second floor (third for USA) of a Hausmanien style building equipped with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system during the night. This gate opens onto a paved courtyard, which leads to the apartment's building entrance protected by a second coded security system. The apartment has a southern exposure. Layout: The entrance door opens directly into the living room and the open kitchen. The bathroom is accessible through the living room. The 9m² (approx. 95 sq. ft.) living room is furnished with two bunk beds, a closet with mirror doors, and a combo basic cable TV / DVD / DivX player. There is also a DSL Internet connection and a phone. The open kitchen has a window overlooking a courtyard. It is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave oven, a small refrigerator, a toaster and dishes. There is also a folding table with two stools and shelves.
