Neighborhood: This is a cosmopolitan and dynamic area providing diverse shops, restaurants and cafes. Neighboring Republic Place offers an array of entertainment options and conveniences. In a few minutes walk is the delightful Canal St. Martin, bordered by trees and dotted with little bridges, remaining one of the most idyllic local landscapes and a favorite area of Parisians to live. The cycle tracks from Bastille to the Villette district, and Sainte Marthe place, a precious spot of this neighborhood, are the source of much local enjoyment. It is also about 10 minutes by metro to the Louvre and the Seine. The bathroom has a bathtub and showerhead, a washing machine and a washbasin. There is a separate toilet. There is a built-in closet in the corridor and an internet connection available in the apartment. The nearest metro station is République (L5, 8 ,9,11, 3). Heat and hot water are both electric and individually metered.
