Neighborhood:
This flat is located on a street in an elite district, situated a few meters away from a supermarket and the St. Didier market. The majestic Arc de Triomphe and the famous Avenue des Champs Elysees are just a few minutes walk away. This apartment is also situated close to the Eiffel Tower. On one side it faces the splendid Champ de Mars and the beautiful floral gardens, and on the other side, beyond the Seine River, is Trocadero Place with the Palais de Chaillot. The neighborhood features numerous fashion shops and many traditional and sophisticated restaurants and cafes on Victor Hugo Square.
Premises:
This 50m² (approx. 535 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a building dating back to the beginning of the 20th century. A coded security system, an intercom and a concierge protect the main entrance gate. The apartment has a western exposure in the double living room and an eastern exposure in the bedroom and in the kitchen.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into a hall that links all the rooms. To the left is the double living room, straight ahead are the bedroom and the bathroom, and finally, to the right, are the kitchen and the separate toilet.
The 27m² (approx. 290 sq. ft.) double living room is divided into two parts. The 13m² (approx. 140 sq. ft.) first one is a traditional living room, stylish in an antique way. It has a window overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, a coffee table, bookshelves, a stereo and a small cable TV (combo VCR). This room has a decorative fireplace and a parquet floor.
The 14m² (approx. 150 sq. ft.) second living room is accessible via the entrance hall or the first living room. It has a window offering the same view as the first living room. It is furnished with an armchair, an antique style desk with an old computer (connected to Internet), some shelves and a closet.
The 10m² (approx. 105 sq. ft.) bedroom has a window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed, a desk, an old-fashioned decorative heater and an armchair.
The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with two gas burners, a small refrigerator, a microwave oven, a small electric oven and a washing machine.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin.
The nearest metro station is Victor Hugo (line 2).
Heat and hot water use gas and are individually metered.
