Studio apartment in the heart of the Marais

Neighborhood:
This apartment is located a few minutes away from Les Halles, in the heart of the famous pedestrian Montorgueil area with its large choice of quality food products, restaurants and cafes, as well as other services. It is also short walking distance to such main points of interest as the Marais, the Seine River, Notre Dame on Ile de la Cité, the unique Ile Saint Louis, and to the majestic Louvre Museum. From its adjoining Jardin des Tuileries, one of the most famous parks in Paris, there is a fine perspective -- the alignment of the Obelisk on Place de la Concorde, the Champs Elysée and the Arc de Triomphe in one direction and the Arc de Triomphe du Carroussel and the glass pyramid of the Louvre in the other.
Premises:
This 14m² (approx. 150 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the fourth floor of a recently renewed 18th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and an intercom. The apartment has a western exposure.
Layout:
The entrance door opens directly into the living room and the open kitchen. The bathroom is accessible through the living room.
The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) living room has a double-glazed window overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a TV, a closet and a bistro table.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a small refrigerator, a cooker hood and a microwave oven.
The designer bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.
There is also a washing machine.
The nearest metro station is Etienne Marcel (line 4).
Heat and hot water are electric and are individually metered
