This apartment is at the northern limit of the 13th Arrondissement, at the border of the 5th Arrondissement (where are some of the most renowned Parisian points of interest such as the Pantheon, burial place and memorial of some of France's great men, Arènes de Lutèce, as well as the exotic Jardin des Plantes). In walking distance is the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg, good for a memorable, relaxing walk. The neighborhood offers a large choice of services, select and basic restaurants, cafes, and daily open-air markets such as Mouffetard and Maubert.
Premises:
This 17m² (approx. 180 sq. ft.) studio apartment is situated on the third floor of a 20th century building with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The apartment has a southeastern exposure and a parquet floor in the living room.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into a small hall. On the right it leads to the bathroom and straight ahead are the living room and the open kitchen.
The 13m² (approx. 135 sq. ft.) living room has a bay window with rolling shutters and it overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished with a 140cm-wide sofa bed, a folding dining table, a cable TV, a DVD player, a chest of drawers and a desk with a computer connected to the Internet.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, a stainless-steel sink, two vitro-ceramic burners, a cooker hood, a microwave/grill oven, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
The tiled bathroom has a small bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are electric and individually metered.
The nearest metro stations are Glacière (line 6) and Les Gobelins (line 7).
