One-bedroom apartment situated in an old convent on the eastern side of the Marais

Neighborhood:
Located between Rue Alphonse Baudin and Rue Filles du Calvaire, this apartment is situated in an old convent. It is just a few steps away from the Marais and Musée Picasso, Place des Vosges and Place de la Bastille. In a lively but quiet area, it is in short walking distance to the Bastille or the Oberkampf area and its trendy cafés, restaurants and bars.
Premises:
This 70m² (approx. 750 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor of an 18th century walk-up building with a concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by two security systems. The apartment faces the courtyard. Every window is double-glazed and has interior shades.
The 39m² (approx. 415 sq. ft.) living room has three windows with a northern exposure and one window with an eastern exposure; they all open onto the courtyard. The room is furnished with a dining table with five chairs, a sofa, a coffee table and a TV. There is a high-speed Internet connection and a phone.
The open kitchen has a window. It is equipped with a small refrigerator, a microwave, four gas burners, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle and utensils.
The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) bedroom has two windows (northern exposure). It is furnished with a double-size bed, a bedside table, and a walk-in closet.
The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a bath with a handheld showerhead, and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are individual and gas.
The nearest metro station is Chemin Vert or St Sébastien-Froissart Line 8.
