Studio apartment near the famous pedestrian Montorgueil area
This studio is situated between rue Réaumur and Rue de Clery in the 2nd district of Paris. It is a few minutes from Les Halles, near the famous pedestrian Montorgueil area, with its large choice of quality food products, restaurants and cafes, as well as other services. It is also in short walking distance to main points of interest such as the Marais, the Seine River, Notre Dame on Ile de la Cité, the unique Ile Saint Louis, and to the majestic Louvre.

This apartment is located on the fourth floor of an 18th century walkup building with a coded security system.
