One bedroom apartment in the heart of the Quartier Latin

Neighborhood:
The intellectual core of Paris, the Quartier Latin abounds with historical points of interest such as the Sainte Chapelle, the Law Courts (built under Saint Louis from 1241 to 1248), Cluny's Thermae (from the third century) Hotel (from the 15th century) and Museum (from the 19th century), among others. In addition, the Seine, Notre Dame, and the Boulevard Saint-Germain are in short walking distance and a block and a half away is the Sorbonne. A large variety of nice shops, celebrated restaurants and cafes, cinemas, plus basic services such as supermarkets are in this neighborhood.
Premises:
This 45mē (approx. 480 sq. ft.) duplex one-bedroom apartment is located on the fifth and top floor of a recent building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and it opens into a paved courtyard; this leads to a glass door protected by an intercom that opens into a corridor and the elevator. The apartment is north exposed and has an Internet connection.
The entrance door opens directly into the 28mē (approx. 300 sq. ft.) living room, which is furnished with a sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a dining table with chairs. This room is equipped with a TV, a stereo and a phone. The French doors open onto a small balcony overlooking the courtyard.
The open kitchen is equipped with four vitro-ceramic burners topped by a cooker hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker.
In the living room a spiral staircase leads to the open bedroom and the bathroom.
The 15mē (approx. 161 sq. ft.) bedroom has three skylights. It is furnished with a double-size bed, two single-size beds, shelves and built-in closets. The bedroom has access to a small bathroom with a shower cabin and a washbasin.
The separate toilette is accessible through the living room, next to the kitchen.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
The nearest metro station is Cluny-La Sorbonne (line 10).
