This apartment is located in the famous and trendy Bastille area (Rue de Lappe, Rue de la Roquette, etc). Only 10 minutes walking distance and one metro station away is the Place de la Bastille with the Opera de la Bastille, considered one of the best opera houses in the world. In the immediate vicinity are numerous shops, restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, and markets such as the well-known Parisian market Rue Richard Lenoir (Thursday and Sunday mornings). The apartment is very centrally located and is also very near the fashionable Marais area.
Premises:
This 30m˛ (approx. 320 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is situated on the third floor of a pre-war walk-up building. The main entrance gate, protected by a coded security system, opens to a nice paved courtyard. The door is accessible through this courtyard and is also protected by a coded security system. The apartment has a west exposure and it faces the courtyard. The walls are white and there is a wood floor.
The entrance door opens directly into the kitchen, which has access to the living room and the bedroom. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.
The 12m˛ (approx. 125 sq. ft.) living room has a window with blind curtains. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, and a console with a cable TV and a DVD player.
