Neighborhood: This furnished apartment is located in the heart of the Saint-Germain des Près section of Paris. One of the most attractive and historic districts of the Seine River's Left Bank, there are a number of select restaurants and historic cafes such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, favorite haunts of famous French existentialists and expatriated American writers. Nearby is the new Marché Saint Germain (fashion market) and a few steps away rue de Buci features a special atmosphere with its open-air market. The neighborhood is also very famous for its refined art galleries and designer fashion shops. The accommodation is walking distance from the Ile de la Cité and the Ile Saint Louis. Premises: This 35m² (approx. 375 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the fifth floor of a 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system at night that opens to a hall with an intercom. The apartment is accessible via a nice court leading to the building's staircase.
