This furnished apartment is situated between rue de la Tour and rue Scheffer in Paris. A few steps from the Eiffel Tower, settled in the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens, it is also very close to the Seine. Opposite, beyond the river, Trocadero Place showcases the Palais de Chaillot built for the International Exhibition in 1937; there is also an esplanade offering a most impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. All sorts of fashion, conveniences and other shops, select restaurants and cafes, are found near this accommodation.
Premises:
This 20m˛ (approx. 215 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the seventh floor of a 20th century building. The entrance gate, protected by a coded security system, opens into a hall leading to the elevator. The elevator only goes to the sixth floor and then a service staircase leads to the seventh floor.
The entrance door opens directly into the living room, which has a large French bay window opening to a 70m˛ (approx. 750 sq. ft.) terrace. It has a northwestern exposure and overlooks some courtyards and Parisian rooftops.
The living room is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table, a chest of drawers with a TV, and a closet.
The open kitchen is separated from the living room by a bar. It is equipped with a refrigerator, four vitro ceramic plates with a cooker hood, a combo microwave/oven, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. There is also a washing machine.
The separate bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilette.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
The nearest metro station is Trocadero (line 6, 9).
